Anyone else having problems uploading Tracking numbers when fulfilling sales orders?

After the Update performed during the weekend we are not able to upload tracking numbers to fulfill sales Order. We get an error saying the file is improperly formated or the sales orders do not exist.. We have being using this feature all year round until Monday Sep 21/09.

Netsuite was able to reproduce the error, but if classified as a defect, it's going to take at least 30 days to be fixed!!!!, in our case is unacceptable..
