Letter Merges with Open Office
I thought I just might be able to do this. I read about the Mail Merge features in Open Office, created the data sources file, added some fields and saved as a Word doc. Create NetSuite letter template and when I try to merge I get the error message:
"Template not found" (I would have exported "illegal format" but hey...)
Has anyone managed to create Letter Template in Open Office and use them in NetSuite?
