Paypal Express Order - can't fulfill

We have an order where the payment method is Paypal.  We can't fulfill it.  When we go to click the Save button on the Item Fulfillment screen, it just hangs.

We did notice that when we click the Fulfill button on the SO, the Fulfillment screen shows an  'Error on Page' symbol down at the bottom in the IE Status bar.

The details of the error says "Exception thrown and not caught".

Tried fulfilling it from a different computer, using Netscape and Firefox, but it still hangs.

Anyone else experienced this?
