Can't Match Payroll Records?

We use Perquest for payroll and everything was working great until June. 

Now, however, payroll is being processed as *three* transactions (wages, taxes, fees) but NetSuite/Perquest enters this as one JE.  So when it's time to import online banking data, there's no easy way to match the payroll funding JE to our actual transactions. 

What used to be very easy and simple is now very cumbersome.  I can't be the only one here seeing this problem.  Is there something I'm missing here?
