Google Checkout Order Does Not Exist in our Netsuite Account!

Hi,

We received an email from google checkout that an order was submitted.  Unfortunately there is no trace of this order in our Netsuite account.  Has anyone had any luck getting google checkout orders to show up automatically in Netsuite?  In setup we have designated a sales order type (Standard Sales Order - Cash Sale) and default order status (Pending Approval).

Can someone from Netsuite please help us resolve this as soon as possible (case # 917453).  There is item option information that does not appear in google checkout.  We need this item option information to process this order!  We look forward to hearing from you very soon.
