Subscription issues

edited Dec 3, 2019 3:02PM in General

We have a lot of customer records that were mistakenly updated from Soft Opt-in to Soft Opt-Out.  This set all of their Subscriptions to 'No'.

We ran another mass update back to Soft Opt-in, but all the Subcriptions are still set to 'No', and when we go into edit mode, the check boxes are grayed out, with no way to manually set them back to 'yes'.

I don't see where we can correct this via a mass update.

Can this be corrected via an import?

Thx,
Angie Stelly
