Customer Support Number Failing

Hi,

We're a US customer and I need to report a defect.

When I call the Support Number - 866.522.1508 I get a recording, it tells me there are two options, and then it hangs up the phone.

I can't get through to support, so I have no idea where to turn.

Anyone?
