Site Redirects with URL parameters

I have a redirect setup for http://www.refurbups.com/Replacement-APC-UPS-Battery-Center -- works fine. However if the URL has parameters appended, e.g. http://www.refurbups.com/Replacement-APC-UPS-Battery-Center?sc=2&category=197 it does NOT work!

Is this expected behaviour and if so, why?
