Problem Deleting Script File

Hello All,

I am having trouble deleting a script file from the file cabinet. It says "This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records."  I deleted it from the Custom>Scripts, and also removed it's deployment. For some reason it still thinks it's referenced to another record even though I'm 99% sure that it is not. I also deleted two script files before it with no problem.

Anyone out there encounter this problem?
