Adding multiple logins to the Partner

We are trying to give access to multiple employees of a partner to the Partner center role.

We add them as a contact and then go tto the access tab and they appear, but the only option as a role that is available is the Advanced Partner Center.

The main login only has Partner Center access, but the additional logins can only be set to Advanced.

Does anyone know how to change that?
