Customer Billing Address appears in a different customer's record

We had 2 totally separate / different existing customers where one of the customers placed a web order at around 3:00AM our time and the Billing Address for a totally different customer appeared and was sent to the other customer.  One customer was in the US and the other was in a different country.  We verified there had been no merge.  Has anyone seen this before?
