Duplicate orders generated by webstore

Our webstore is generating duplicate orders . We use a sales order cash sale form. Up to 5 duplicates have been create from one order submitted through our webstore :eek: . The problem is intermittent. This just started yesterday evening. Anyone else with this problem or any solutions from our NetSuite wizards reading this?
