Web Leads Incorrectly Routed

All our web leads are going to the wrong sales person. Haven't changed a think in NetSuite. Anyone else have this problem today? One issue after another with NetSuite. Haven't been able to view Campaign Response OPEN for the past week with no resolution in sight!
