websore-billing address have to re-enter

From today, my customers have to re-enter their billing address. All my customers are existing customers, they all have default billing shipping address in my system. We don't have "country" or "phone number" saved in the address.
The customer has to reenter all address including country and phone number (they all madetary fields). I tried change, doesn't work. I have to re-enter everything.
What happened with the sales order form?
