How Do I Pay Tax on a PO???

Is there any easy way to enter tax on a drop ship PO or bill? We have 2 vendors that have nexuses in a few states, so when we drop ship things to those states, they have to charge us tax on our purchase. I don't see any way to put in tax on a PO...
