UPS Shipping Cost 1/3 of Actual Cost on Web Order
Wondering if anyone else has seen this or if it was just a weird glitch (hopfully, an isolated incident).
We've never noticed this before, but yesterday had a web order completed with UPS shipping confirmed at $3 when it should have been about $9. We confirmed the actual shipping costs both with UPS and by creating a test account in the same location as the order with the weird shipping cost.
Currently, we only allow UPS shipping methods online (we haven't been upgraded to Release Two yet). There is no flat rate option or other way for a web user to select other than the real-time UPS rates on the Shipping Method page.
