Payment gateway down

So... is it just us, or is anyone not able to process orders?

This is from the website:
An error occured during checkout:
Date/Time: 10/25/09 11:03 PM
Error Ticket: g18toe7i1ftmqqzd4g81l

This is from the NS interface:
Amount:  91.95
Reason:  PayPal timed out while waiting for a response from the processor. Please consult PayPal for the status of this transaction. The reference number is VXJR4C1F5557

Obviously it says to contact Paypal, but I'm wondering (before I join a queue) if it is NS related or not?
