Online form is updating existing records. Scary.
I'm a bit concerned.
I've created an online form. It is iframed into our web site here.
When I go to the web site and fill out the form, my customer record is updated with the information I enter. Here's the problem...
I'm not signed in to the web site (top of the page shows Sign In/Register) and the form is set to NOT update existing records and ALWAYS create a new record.
Before I call support, is there a step that I am missing? As far as I can tell, Netsuite should not remember me online once I've signed out of a web site, and a record shouldn't be updated even if I am signed in if the form is set to always create a new record. Am I mistaken?
