USPS Shipping option is no longer available on Sales orders....

All of the sudden, our USPS shipping options have dissappeared from the sales order drop down menu. I recently changed the rules on the country setting it so that these particular methods be only available for shipments to the US.

I have tried reversing that rule and it still does not show up in our sales orders..... is anyone else having these issues?? Has anyone set the country shipping rule?? If so, is it working properly??

I'm at a loss as to what the problem is..
