Back-In-Stock notifications turn Existing Customers into Leads
Hello,
I am not sure if this is a defect or simply a setting problem, but I am looking for some help, please:
We have been using the Back-In-Stock notification on our website, but when a customer enters his/her email in the pop-up on our website, on the backend, it turns existing customers from "Customer" to "Lead".
Does anyone know why this is so?
Is "Lead" a default? Is there a way to make default to "Customer"?
Thanks for any help!
** Just learned this is a Suite Commerce item, but if anyone has any insight, please let me know, thanks!
