URGENT ** Customers unable to complete order **

Is anyone experiencing this behavior since this Friday's upgrade?

Since our Friday night upgrade to 2009.2, customers that already have a login are unable to checkout.  They are getting trapped on Step 3 of checkout, the Shipping tab.  Clicking continue just reloads the page and they can't go beyond this.  I'm assuming this defect is relating to the Shipping Options enhancement.

We have had NO orders since the upgrade.  Please diagnose as this is URGENT.  I submitted a Case this morning: 952466.
