View History causes unexpected error

This occurs on both customers & contacts,  at any stage.

Go to any customer or contact, Under Activities tab, click the View History button. 

Error:  


An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.




Can anyone else confirm this problem?
