NetSuite mail servers don't deliver the mail!!!
We send customers emails from within the Sales Order message tab to advise them of backorders and many, many, many customers claim they do NOT receive them.
I understand that NS is using the same email servers for Newsletters as they are for all other outgoing mail and this may be the issue since many ISP's already black listed these servers.
Can anyone at NS (or user of this forum) advise as what a possible solution may be?
