shipping estimator not working for fedex

Hi, hopefully someone can help me with this. On my canadian website, im using fedex and i've turned on the "shipping estimator" in the cart. But once i punch in the postal code in the pop-up, the shipping estimator does not return anything, just blank.

I switched it to UPS and it works fine. Anybody else out there with same problem??
