Full Csv Export Does Not Work.

I have tried multiple times to downloan a full CSV report of my company records.  It fails at about 85% and reports 4 files have errors.  Can this be fixed?:(  I see several older posts that indicate Full CSV file downloads are not functional in NETSUITE.  They go back into 2007.  This is a critical problem.  Whats Up!!
