Zero Support for Google Checkout issue
Hello all
We run a UK store and I have been trying to implement Google Checkout for 3 months now. Each time I test and place an order I get an Netsuite error screen saying that our site is not available.
I have made Netsuite aware of this and they replied saying that our error has been escalated to S2 level, which means a solution will be provided within 30 days. As I type this, we are 3 months down line since the first promised solution, with zero results.
I have sent Netsuite support about 5 emails over this time concerning this issue. Have anybody else experienced this Google Checkout problem? And maybe have a solution for me?
