customers order but get stuck as lead and order does not go through
We have had several customers contact us wanting to know where their order is. When we look, they created an online record which is still set as a lead (would be set to customer if the order is complete) and they even have credit card information entered, so I know they went to the cart, but we have no order for them.
I have no idea how many customers have the same problem and have not contacted us. Is anyone else having the same problems?
