Change Role option not showing up for Partners
Our Partners are also some of our Customers. As a result, many have 2 roles, our custom Advanced Partner Center role and the default Customer Center role.
Here's the problem: Our Partners/Customers don't have the "Change Role" option in the upper right corner available. I'm not sure how this happened. In fact, I'm not sure why it's happening because I have a fake Partner that is set up just like the normal partners and it has the option.
Normally, this wouldn't be much of a problem, but some have set their Advanced Partner Center role as the default and now can't get into their Customer Center role.
