Permission Violation

I am trying to give a sales admin permission to make changes to events logged by others, however when she tries to go in and make a change she gets the following error "Permission Violation: You need a higher level of the 'Lists -> Events' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."

I've given her full permission for Events and CRM lists in her employee record and it hasn't changed the error.  Without giving her admin rights, how can I get her access to make changes to events logged by others?
