Customer orders item A and item B ends up on their sales order.

A customer is telling us that they ordered an item called the "simpo sign 2", but their order (when received on our end) was actually for another product that we sell ...called the "poly-quick sign".  The items are fairly similar.

The customer tells us that she was emailed this link from her boss...
http://www.signsdirect.com/Home/PolySign/Simpo-Sign-2
and she was told to order the item on that webpage ...for her company.

We got her order, but it was for a different product.  It was for the sign stand at this link...
