Attachments not working for online case form
This one seems a little strange. I'm having trouble with the "Upload Attachment" functionality for an online case form. If I use the support form anonymously, the attachment upload works correctly. If I use a customer login and file the ticket through the NetSuite Customer Center, the "Upload Attachment" box is grayed out - although it will allow me to browse for the attachment, the submitted case does not include the attachment.
I have a support ticket open with NetSuite (990347) - was curious if anyone else has seen this issue. I'm guessing my permissions are somehow set up incorrectly, but my preliminary tests didn't reveal the correct setting.
