No orders! No shipping method available for customers

Our customers are getting the message while checking out

Shipping Method
There are no shipping methods available for your address. Please verify that your address is correct. If you continue to have problems, please contact us directly.

I tired it myself with US and international addresses and it says the same. We have not changed anything in the shipping settings.

We are not getting any orders due to this error. Please give this TOP priority
