Outlook Synchronization 2.0 and iPhone

Events sync OK to my Outlook 2007 (Zimbra) calendar but refuse to sync to my iPhone.  Calendar entries I add manually into my Calendat sync OK.  Anybody else had this problem?  if so, how is it fixed.

Also, is there any way for Outlook calendar events to sync to a Group Calendar in Netsuite instead of My Calendar?  Or does anyone have a script that would copy a new event in My Calendar to a selected Group Calendar?
