Followup to blacklist issue
Beginning on 1.19.10 there was a known issue of NS email being blacklisted by spamhaus.org causing widespread rejection of NS email (in our case invoices are emailed). This issue seems to have resolved, but I still have one customer who utilizes filtering on their internal mail server which is still causing bounces (see rejection message below). I had them whitelist domain=netsuite.com, but that didn't work? I have found a few older posts with NS mail IP address' but I don't know if those are still valid, or if it would be a likely fix to whitelist by IP?
