Security -How to let roles see Transactions under Sales tab on Customer Record

Hopefully, this is an easy question for someone.  I want to give certain roles the following access on customer records.  On the sales tab on the customer record, I want them to have a Transactions tab like my administrator role has.  I can't figure out what security to change so that others can see more than just items.  Thanks in advance.
