Microsoft ISA Server & NetSuite

Is anyone else using ISA server in there network? I tried implementing this a few weeks back but had to turn it off as NetSuite sessions kept timing out randomly. We could access normal websites just fine, and could login to NetSuite but then for some reason the pages would timeout. Just need to know if anyone else has had trouble with this, if not its probably down to a config problem but i just need to rule out any issues with it.
