"Add Multiple" button in Sales Orders Not Working after Upgrade

If you hit the "add multiple" button, and then add 1+ items, after we hit "done" we get this "The items sublist had an error" alert.

We're still on the phone about it.

This makes entering orders with lots of items quite difficult...
