Emailing Transactions direct from Message Tab Error

We normally just click the "To Be Emailed" button in the "Messages" tab under any transaction (Cash Sale or Invoice).  Since Monday we have received the following error:

"The transaction was entered successfully, but the following error occurred while sending the transaction email: An unexpected error occurred while sending the transaction email"

We can just save the Invoice and then go back and email it.  But that is a lot of unnecessary clicking.  Anyone else having this issue?
