Arranging the items list

Hi,

I need to arrange the items list in a manner under Items tab of salesorder/invoice form as mentioned below through script.

I want the Shipping Service to be on the top, then Fuel, then all accessorial and the discount last.

Ex:
Shipping Service
Fuel Surcharge
Accessorials
Discount

Pl. help me,
