Import Serialized Items - Cannot map serial numbers
What in the world am I doing wrong... Just pulling my hair out trying to import serialized inventory items. I've gone over and over the docs on this and had performed this successfully (even documented with screen shots) just a couple of weeks ago.
When I import the file and get to the mapping stage, there is no 'Serial/Lot Numbers' field on the NetSuite fields side at all. There is no Quantity on Hand field either (though I can't remember if there should be, only know you need it on the import file).
What is going on? What am I forgetting or is this thing completely broken?
