Transaction Item Option

One of our Transaction Item Options, "Colors" is glitching today.  Our customers can choose red, yellow, purple or mixed and this choice IS displayed on the Review and Submit Your Order page.  But after submitting the color choice disappears.  This just started this morning - last night's orders are fine, this morning's are coming through without the Transaction Item Option noted.

I've submitted a Support issue.
