NS form embeded code for external site?

I want to replace my online registration form with NS form so that all data go direclty NS database for reporting purpose.

Posted events on our website (not on NS) will have link to form on NS or embeded NS form code in our site page. Submit button should add captured user data in NS and forward user back to my site page.

Don't see any simple way to achieve this in NS.
