Can't "Bill" order with Google Payment

We had a customer that ordered with us and used Google Checkout.  It wouldn't let us charge his order so we did it manually in Google Checkout.  Now there is no way to make a "Cash Sale" for this order.  It give us this error message:

The total amount of this order exceeds the original Google Order Total. As a result, Google will reject this amount upon billing. You must revise this order so the total is less than the sum of the amount in the Fund Available to Process and the Pending Charges fields on the Payment Tab."

What do I do? I can't change the payment method, it won't let me.  All I want to do is deposit this order into my bank account in Netsuite.
