Fedex Ground not calculating real time rates

From last week we are not able to calculate realtime shipping using FedEx ground (both from website and in NetSuite). We changed it to FedEx home delivery real time calculation and it worked. We thought it is some temporary problem but it is still there.

Is anyone else having this issue?
