Email "Sent" metrics
We did our first NS email marketing campaign last week. I am trying to make sense of the Sent Mail metrics. Here is our situation
The target group had 2174 email addresses. The actions listed in the Campaign Response report show
Result -- Queued
Number of records - 2135
Comment - Sent to name@ ...
Result - Sent
Number of records - 1649
Comment - Sent successfully to name@ ...
Result - Failed - Invalid address
Number of records - 39
Comment - none
My questions are
1) why are there 446 records that were queued/sent but not "sent successfully". What should I assume about the deliverability of these addresses?
