Defect Cannot change customers from Mail to UPS Standard

I cannot mass update or CSV update customers from Mail to UPS. The reason for this is that I cannot Mass Update or CSV update the "Carrier" Field as this is not visible in the mass update list or the csv mapping list.

I have registered the defect number - 1159418 as i have 24,000 customers that I cannot update.

Please vote for this enhancement.
