Problems with Paypal Payments?

Hi-
We just experienced 2 customers who could not complete their payment through Paypal. We do NOT use Paypal Express. This is the standard payment method. They received an error message that the address could not be validated.

We told them it was likely a Paypal issue. Paypal also tried to put an order through and received the same error message. They said it must be Netsuite.

I put an order through successfully, so I don't know what to think.

Anyone else out there with issues like this today?
