KPI Scorecards Miscalculating Since 2010.1
A lot of our KPI Scorecards are not calculating properly anymore. They will return, for example, all zeros but when you click on the zero it will display the search results with the correct count & found set. I'm not sure if it is related to our recent upgrade to 2010.1 but the scorecards had been working properly for several months prior.
Unrelated bug -- I just tried twice to submit support cases about the KPI Scorecard issue through the Support Center but both times it threw an error about a mismatch between the Contact and Company records.
