Faxes with attachments not being sent - anyone else?

We use eFax(Hate!) and it appears that as of Today faxes that have an attachment are not being delivered.  We're getting the CCs from NetSuite when it sends the fax to eFax but eFax confirmation emails aren't coming.  If you've ever worked with eFax support you know that it's worse than anything on earth so I thought I would check here before I call those slime bags at J2.
