Performance issues when forms are loading

I have noticed that when i open a form, it seems to take longer for the info to populate onto the form. Sometimes the form freezes up and does not load completely. It may have started after the last Netsuite release.
I have tried Firefox and Internet Explorer and i get the same issues.
I have checked for viruses and malware and cleaned everything up but no improvement in performance.

Is there any diagnostic tool that can be used to detemine where the issue is ?
